What
it is: AHAVA Dermud Intensive Foot Cream
What
they say: A richly intensive cream formulated to care for very dry and
irritated feet. Helps repair and heal cracked, rough skin and protects against
further dryness.
How
to use: Apply generously to clean feet morning and night, paying special
attention to soles amd heels.
What
I think: Having been to the Dead Sea in Jordan on a spring break trip, I
can tell you first hand how great dead sea salts and mud feel on your skin and
the amazing properties they seem to have.
That’s why I think it’s great to be able to buy products here in theU.S. that have those same
properties.
Typically I use lotion or salve on my feet to keep them from getting dry, especially in the winter and transitional seasons, such as spring.
I like this cream though because it’s a little bit thicker and rich. At night, I apply about a dime to nickel size amount (a little bit goes a long way so don’t be shocked by the price!) to each foot and cover with socks to let it soak in.
When I wake up in the morning, feet or nice and smooth and ready for sandals.
I’ve also used this cream on my legs when I’ve gotten razor burn, because like I mentioned,Dead
Sea mud has healing and soothing properties to it as well.
