Style // One Shoe, Four Looks with Lindsay Phillips SwitchFlops

The first thing I need to say is I wish I had known about these Lindsay Phillips SwitchFlops shoes in college when I was doing study abroad trips over Spring Break because I honestly think these are the perfect travel shoes.

They are some of the comfiest flats I've ever worn and I really like the idea of changing up the embellishments to give the shoes a whole new look. The elastic bands ensure that the shoes stay on without pinching -- great for walking!

I typically wear a size 8, which is what I received; however, in the future I might size up to an 8.5 since they are fitted due to the elastic.

The embellishments snap on and off easily allowing you to change up the look of the shoe in seconds. Everything being said though, elastic does tend to stretch out.

While $65 is typically more than I would usually pay for a pair of flats, the clip-on embellishments cost up to $22, which means you can affordably change-up the shoes without buying a whole new pair.

All-in-all I was impressed with shoes and plan on wearing mine over and over! Check out how I've styled the shoes for work, brunch, out-on-the-town and a date.

Disclosure: This post contains gifted items from the company. The shoes worn in this post was received free-of-charge by Lindsay Phillips. All views are my own.

About the company:
Lindsay Phillips is the energetic inspiration and founding force behind SwitchFlops. Her footwear concept evolved from a high school art project -- ceramic flip flops. Amazed by the response, Lindsay began designing functional flops with colorful straps, each adorned by a unique button. Her idea evolved when she realized that by using hook-and-loop fasteners she could create one shoe with many straps--unlimited choices with minimal effort. This simple, yet brilliant innovation was the birth of SwitchFlops.

During her college years Lindsay perfected her interchangeable design. Her travels to Europe for classes and her voyage around the world on Semester at Sea exposed her to a kaleidoscope of cultures, colors and patterns that would influence her strap designs.
