Fresh Finds: It Cosmetics Brow Power Eyebrow Pencil

What it is: It Cosmetics Brow Power Eyebrow Pencil

What they say: A universal, transforming long-wear eyebrow pencil infused with cutting-edge brow enhancing ingredients and technology. The oval shaped tip is perfect for both thin and thick brows. The spooly end brush gives a natural polished look. Brow Power Universal Eyebrow Pencil matches all hair colors and covers gray perfectly

How to use: Apply Lighter, softer stroken to match lighter color hair including blonde and silver. Press harder for darker hair including medium brown to black. As a finishing touch, lightly brush through brows with the spooley brush for a natural, polished look.

What I think: Oh, I know my mother is going to say "I told you so!" after this post. In high school I got made fun of for having bigger brows because really super thin brows were in and my mother would not let me pluck mine into thin, little lines.

She told me I'd regret it. She told me one day fuller eye brows would be in. And with every eye roll, I believed her less and less. Boy, was I wrong.

Thank you Lily Collins and Cara Delevingne! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Who would have guessed that one day I'd be filling in my brows even more.

This brow pencil goes on smoothly with short strokes and blends in easily with the spooly brush giving brows the appearance of being full and thick without looking fake or drawn on.

The formula appears to be water proof and doesn't stray from your brows during rain or sweat.

Overall, filling in my brows and highlighting the arch (using this product here) is a nice way to frame my eyes, especially when wearing glasses.

Buy it online: Ulta $24 for one pencil

  1. I love this brow pencil! It looks very natural and really helps to fill in the areas of my brows that grow unevenly.

    1. I have the same issue with some sparse areas and one brow is thicker than the other. This definitely corrects that! -- SC
