What it is: Dr. Jart Water Fuse BB Beauty Balm
What they say: A moisturizer, sunscreen & treatment serum, this all-in-one product also hides imperfections. Made with 50 percent water, Dr. Jart's Advanced Water Bead Technology helps hydrate and maintain healthy moisture for a dewy, fresh look.
How to use: Apply as you would a tinted moisturizer or foundation. Layer as needed.
What I think: Once I started using Supergoop CC Cream a while back, I was hooked, but last winter I started noticing that a) even the lightest shade was too dark for my pale skin and b) my skin was getting really, really dry.
So, I started looking for another product that would be similar enough to the CC cream I love, but help with my latest set of issues.
Dr. Jart was my saving grace last winter! His Water Fuse BB Beauty Balm is still so much lighter than foundation, but gives more than enough coverage.
The formula is super light, but packed with tons of hydrating ingredients so it helped relieve my overly dry cheeks, but didn't clog up other areas.
The lightest color was still a little bit dark for me in the winter (#palepeopleproblems), but not too noticeable when blended into my hairline and down my neck.
Overall, I was really happy with the amount of coverage, moisture and color I got from this product.
From now on I plan on using Dr. Jart during the winter months and Supergoop during the summer months.
