So, I've quickly gathered quite the assortment of subscription boxes that are being delivered to my house. One of the many is the Walmart Beauty Box.
The box costs $5 and comes once per season (Winter, Spring, Summer & Fall). Here's a look at what's inside Summer 2015...
I've got so many lip glosses and sticks and balms right now that I'll probably give this one to a friend. It's a nice color, but I've got a lot of similar hues already.
Clear Scalp & Hair Therapy Complete Care Shampoo
I didn't expect to like this shampoo as much as I do. I've tried Clear before and didn't like it at all. My scalp has been flaking recently though (mostly from product build-up) and this shampoo really helped make a difference after just two uses.
Dove Go Fresh Revitalize Body Wash
The same sample came in my last box, which is OK by me because I really like Dove's body wash and it's a completely different scent this time. Dove has some of the best scents!
You & I by One Direction: The New Fragrance
This is another sample I'll probably pass along. I didn't even both to test it because 1) I don't wear perfume and 2) I'm not a One Direction fan.
Nivea Soft Moisturizing Creme
Nivea is always hit or miss for me - some products are great, but other's are too much for me. I'm still on the fence about this moisturizing creme. I've been mostly saving it for winter since that's when my skin needs the most help.
St. Ives Fresh Skin Apricot Scrub
And old standby of mine... St. Ives scrubs are one of those tried & true products that always deliver results (read my review here). It's nothing new, but I was still excited to receive it.
Jergens Natural Glow Daily Moisturizer
I'm actually not really a fan of the Jergens natural glow moisturizers (read my review here), and I still have a bottle I'm trying to use up. So these will also probably get passed along.
Neutrogena CoolDry Sport Lotion SPF 70
SPF is a must in my book and I'm always on the hunt for the perfect sunscreen, which I've yet to find. I'll be interested to see how this one holds up and how it affects my sensitive skin.
The box also came with a number of coupons. Overall, I was pretty impressed with the box. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth. While none of the products a necessarily groundbreaking, many of them are favorites of mine and some are new to me.
