Living // Gym Jam 2k16 (Part 1)

If you, like me, are resolving to get healthier in 2016 (which is a resolution I make every single year... some years are better than others), then that probably includes hitting up the gym or getting your sweat on in some way or another.

So, here's a playlist of songs that I'm loving in the gym right now. I like to listen to more dance/EDM music when I'm working out because it keeps me motivated.

They especially help when I'm on the treadmill or elliptical. Some of the songs start off slower so I'll go at a normal pace, then once the music explodes, I'll go as hard and fast as I can for that 30 seconds or so. Then back to normal pace until the music explodes again. This helps to break up the monotony.
